Return and refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Slush Puppie Canada online store. It complies with the applicable provisions of Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Food Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all food products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • syrups and slush bases
  • candies and sweet products
  • any other consumable items

These products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:

  • defective product (unusable)
  • product damaged during shipping (unusable)
  • order error

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, as applicable.

Accessories and Equipment

Non-food items (accessories, equipment, displays, or other items) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • the product has not been used
  • it is returned in its original packaging
  • it is in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • the product is defective
  • an error occurred during order processing

Products Damaged During Shipping

If a package is received damaged, the customer must:

  1. take photos of the package and products
  2. contact us within 48 hours of receipt

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

Refunds

When a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to the original method of payment
  • processing may take 10 to 15 business days, depending on the financial institution

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to present products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in appearance, packaging, or color may occur and do not constitute a defect.
