This product is a concentrated flavourless syrup to be poured into your machine with water in the following proportions: 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (mix well in an empty container beforehand). It is ideal for both domestic and commercial use, and should not be confused with ” Flavoured Bases”, which already contain a specific flavour and color.

Can the concentrate be added directly into the machine?

It’s best to mix it in a separate container before pouring it into the machine. This mixture works with most frozen beverage and home slush machines, as long as the 5:1 mixing ratio is strictly followed.

What final volume can I get from one bottle?

A 4 L bottle yields approximately 24 liters of ready-to-use neutral base, based on the recommended 5:1 ratio.

Why use a neutral base instead of water and sugar?

Professional neutral bases contain specific stabilizers that prevent over-freezing and ensure a smooth, consistent texture without separation.

Do I need to refrigerate after opening?

Although its high sugar content makes it shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating after opening to maintain optimal freshness, especially in warm environments.

Are there any allergens?

  • Mix 1 part neutral base with 5 parts water directly in your machine. Allow it to freeze.
    Fill your pump bottles with the flavor concentrates of your choice.
  • In your cup, add the number of flavor pumps according to the size:
    • Small (353 ml): 1 pump
    • Medium (510 ml): 2 pumps
    • Large (775 ml): 3 pumps
  • You can also create your own custom flavors.
  • Fill the rest of the cup with frozen neutral base.
