The Elmeco Slush Puppie machines, once installed and set on the internal timer, should operate without any other extra involvement, other than cleaning and filling as required. However, if it should stop operating normally, here are a few solutions to consider before calling for service.

Has anyone turned the green on-off switch by mistake? Has the breaker bringing current to the electrical plug been checked?

Often, condensation on the bowls from the difference in temperature, will generate water to seep down and run into each tray. It may even appear that the machine is leaking from the bowl, but unless it comes out colored from the white hole (above each tray), it is most probably condensation.

There is a malfunctioning sensor that needs to be changed. Call in for service.

There is a thermostat malfunctioning that needs to be changed. Call in for service.

There was possibly a power outage; turn machine off with green on-off switch, wait 30 seconds and turn back on. If the problem persists, call in for service.

Remove the cover off the noisy bowl and loosen the knob sitting on top of the vertical auger. If the noise persists, call in for service.

In most cases, you will be able to turn-off the defective bowl, individually, by pressing the “swirly button” on the right bottom of the digital display.

It means that the machine is on “defrost mode” and that the internal timer needs resetting. Call in for service.

Here are a few solutions to consider before calling for service on your Slush Puppie F100 Stoelting Machine.

Is the machine turned on (power switch)? Is there power to the circuit where the machine is plugged-in? If so and still not turning, the machine may be frozen-up and needing servicing. Call in for service and instructions.

The rubber seal may need replacement, call in for service.

The Stoelting F100 has a big chamber to freeze after being turned-on and may take up to 90 minutes to reach proper texture. (Keep pre-mixed jugs refrigerated help reduce the freezing time.
