      F100 Stoelting Model

      The following contains information to help you solve various problems you may encounter with your Slush Puppie machine.

      The machine does not freeze

      If you are trying to pour Slush Puppie from the spout and it is liquid; make sure the top cup is spinning; make sure the “on/off” light is on; make sure the silver button is in brew and freeze mode for a minimum of one hour. If the machine still does not cool down, please contact us.

      The rotating glass (bonhomme) does not rotate

      Is the machine switch on (power switch)? Is the electricity flowing properly in the socket where the machine is plugged in? If everything is working properly and the cup still does not turn, the machine may be frozen. Please contact us for technical support.

      The machine leaks from the spout

      The rubber seal may need to be replaced. Please contact us.

      The machines does not freeze quickly enough

      The Stoelting F100 machine has a large freezing chamber. After switching on the machine, it can take up to 90 minutes for the Slush Puppie to reach the ideal consistency (keeping the pre-mixed cans in the fridge helps reduce the freezing time).

      Make sure you follow the mixing instructions

      The 5:1 ratio is achieved by following the embossed instructions on all Slush Puppie gallons. An improperly diluted mix could cause the machine to malfunction and produce the wrong Slush Puppie recipe, resulting in customer dissatisfaction and lost profits.

      Elmeco First-Class Model

      Once installed and the internal timer programmed, Elmeco Slush Puppie machines should be ready for use. All they need is to be cleaned and refilled regularly. However, if they stop operating normally, here are a few steps to follow before getting in touch with the technical support service.

      The machine does not freeze

      Is it just one bowl that does not freeze? If so, be sure to look at the digital display on the front, below each of the bowls, and check that all functions are on. (Select the snowflake option and set the intensity to 3. If the three bowls are still not freezing and the red light next to the main switch is on, the compressor may need to be reset. Please contact us).

      No spinning and no freezing

      Has someone inadvertently pressed the ON/Off button? Is the circuit breaker transferring power to the outlet?

      The machine leaks

      It could be that condensation on the bowls generated by the difference in temperature is causing water to run into the trays. This might lead you to believe that the water is coming from the bowls, but it is probably condensation (if it is leaking from the white hole below each tray) and if it has a color shade, it’s probably coming from the bowls). Please contact us.

      The number 1 flashes on the screen of one of the bowls.

      A sensor is not working properly and it must be replaced. Please contact us.

      The number 2 flashes on the screen of one of the bowls.

      A thermostat is not working properly and it must be replaced. Please contact us.

      The number 8 flashes on the screen of one of the bowls.

      There may have been a power shortage. You must turn off the machine by pressing the green “ON/OFF” button, wait 30 seconds and then switch it on again. If the problem persists, please contact us.

      The machine (one of the bowls) makes "squeazy noises".

      You need to remove the bowl cover that is making the noise and loosen the handle above the vertical screw. If the noise persists, please contact us.

      You encounter a problem using the bowls while waiting for technical support

      You can turn off the faulty bowl. Press the button on which there is a coil, located on the bottom right-side of the screen.

      The machine shows a "d" instead of a number

      This means that the machine is in the defrosting mode. Press the button on which there is a coil, located on the bottom right-side of the screen.
